Review: Hello, On February 19 2016 I contacted Stephanie C[redacted] in reference to scheduling a trip to Vegas on April 29,2016 for my daughter competition Xplosive cheer Lifetime team. Stephanie found a trip for me and my daughter that was actually a Great deal, but I would have to stay a xtra day to get that price 436.82 from April 29 and come back that May 2. My daughter didn't have testing so that was Great. so I ask do I pay down like a payment plan unfortunately she advise me I couldn't do that it requires payment in full. ok so I paid in full and gave my daughter the Great news. ok they was in another competition before vegas that they beat and was threaten by the team for when they get to vegas so the Director said the kids safety comes first so we will find another competition to attend and they did in north Carolina. so I text Stephanie to see is there anyway I can cancel vegas for Carolina. she advised me "oh no there is no cancellations especially on airline. so I was like I should have waited until the last minute she advised me the me and my daughter can spend time together and that she know how I feel and that it would have cost me more. somehow she canceled my trip accidently or just cancelled and said that 400.00 will be back in my account. so im not for sure if she talked to supervisor and took it upon herself. checked my account march16 and only 36.18 was in my account. so I text Stephanie and told her she was like o no it has sales adjustment for 400.00 she said did you get receipt I advised I never received I calling number on my bank statement they advised me it was 200.00 for each ticket I was furious. so she ask for my pin I said I don't have a pin the rep then advised are you the agent with inteletravel I advised her no Im the customer she then gave me a ###-###-#### so I called Stephanie again to ask is this united or inteletravel she advised me united is the supplier. so I go round and round calling these numbers and no one can help me only the agent. I have text and printDesired Settlement: I would like the refund as the rep stated or I would like a credit with the company either one would be fine with me.
