I cancelled an auto warranty within the day periodIt too almost two months of follow up to get it terminatedI confirmed with GE that it was cancelled and I’ve been emailing the dealership with status of return and they don’t get back to me

Please do not go to this place! I went there looking for a vehicle and I really wish I would of went somewhere else!!!! My husband and I went there looking at a vehicle I saw onlineThey were real friendly that day...our long lost buddies....I ended up purchasing the vehicle and why we waited my husband and I were talking about selling our Harley and the manager said bring it in, we will sell it.....so the next day we took the bike downThey didn't even have any paperwork ready they just wanted us to drop the bike offWe asked about insurance coverage since we were not going to be able to watch the bike 24/and lived over an hour awayThey said it is covered under our insurance if anything happensI had my husband tell them I wanted some kinda contract with themSo the contracted stated days they would have to sell the bike and OUR insurance covered it, so they lied right there, they would NOT be held responsible if anything were to happenTwo weeks later, the vehicle I purchased which sounded like crap had the check engine light come on...and you could tell it need roders and there was something not right with the engineI called them and they told me to take it downSo we did, they acted like they didn't even know us and was waiting for us outside!!! and they said they had a mechanic going in the next day to work on it....well days went by and I heard nothing so I called....Got the manager now at this point he was no longer our best friend and was very rude....said they had to send it somewhere and would call me when it was finished....another days went by and I called....this time manager was real mean...said he was doing me a favor!!!! the same time the salesman called me said the car was done I could go down to pick it up....before we walk out the door I get a text message from the manager stating the car will not be done for couple more days and was very rude...very unprofessional!!!!!! so we wait again...finally week later the salesman calls the car is doneSo he tells me they fixed everything I told them and they put a new thermostat in and that was causing the check engine light to come on.....The door panel the supposivley purchased a new one but left glue all over outside paint on door and on the inside....they never changed the oil or fixed brakes or roders......car still sounds terrible......so waited weeks and just got yelled out and nasty texts everytime I tried to figure out what was going on...now mind you this vehicle still has a warranty!!!! but they said they were doing me a favor...well now it gets worse....they still had my harley down there....the days were coming close so we could go and get it out of there!!!! Well, days before the contract came to an end, the manager calls my husband and tells him someone put a deposit down on the bike but it was a holiday and he would be able to get to the bank within the days left on our contractMy husband said that's fine he has till then if there truley is someone if not I will be down to pick it upThe next day comes and the manager calls my husband and says that the guy put money down but can't come in till Friday to get the money....which is days over our contract...They wanted to keep the bike.....my husband said no we will be down to get it tomorrow when the contract is up...the mananger hung up on my husband!! min later he calls my husband again and mind you he is at work he didn't answer and the manager left him a voicemail .....saying come get our bike now get it out of there showroom it is taking up space!!!! So we get ready to make the journey there and we get a text...come get your bike NOW......I mean really what kind of place is this????!!!???? We get there and the bike is out along the road in the dark!!! Gas was taken out of it and god knows what else....So we load the bike and leave, mins later my phone goes off, it is a credit place telling me my data has been breached....So what did they do give all my info out, I mean I did purchase a 20,vehicle there...which needs alot of work....and now I have to life lock my info so my identy doesn't get stolen....Just seems funny I got that right after we picked the bike up.....Please stay away from the place and go somewhere else.....read reviews first!!!! I learned my lesson!!!!!

My name is Jennifer and I bought a car from usautomart and the people there are so friendly. I was short on a payment and let them know and they let me make it up on the next payment. As long as you keep them informed they will work with you. I tell everybody to go there.

Review: Purchased a used vehicle from this company on May31,2014 subject to the fact that they would make certain repairs covered under a written agreement on their letterhead on a company form stating what they refer to as "We Owe Customer" Parts/Service. #1 item was to repair Hood Dent. On 6/17/2014 I took the car to their recommended repair shop [redacted], also of Adamsburg) and they recommended that the hood needed body work and repainted. I took the car back to the Dealer that same evening to verify that the dent was not repaired. Both the President and the CFO of the company examined the dent and offered me a $100.I told them I did not think $100 would cover the necessary repairs and asked for them to "just fix it"! I have since sent them 3 emails and mailed written request to honor the terms of the sale. I havae nit had a response from the company. Would appreciate any assistance.Desired Settlement: Honor the original terms of the sale and repair the dent in the hood of the car.

Review: My daughter and I purchased a car from US Auto Mart in Sept. or Oct. of 08. It was a 2005 Ford Focus. When we purchased it I was the co-signer. We added the gap insurance to the loan. She resently paid it off on March 2, 2012. She paid it off early. I have called US Auto Mart more than several times to see about the refund on the Gap insurance. I started to call in April about it and spoke with a woman named Karen about it. She kept putting it off. I made several calls to her about it. She kept telling me she had to get one of the guys to get the paperwork from upstairs. I found that kind of strange because most companies use computers to store information. I kept calling her and she finally got the paperwork and called me back. She needed a copy of the letter from [redacted] where the loan was from showing that it was paid off. I faxed her the letter May 14,2012(I still have the fax I sent her dated). I gave her a few days and called her back and was told she no longer worked there. I would have to speak with [redacted], he was doing her job now. Myself and my husband have made several calls to him and all I get from the girl who answers the phone is he is busy with a customer, in meeting or not there. I have not recieved one call back from him. I did call twice today July 23,2012. I am tired of messing with this, that's why I am now fileing this complaint. Review: 2001 chevy cavalier was purchased as is in Oct 2012 by my son...It was inspected April 2012..When we tried to get it reinspected .. auto garage told us they wont touch it as its severely rusted and dangerous.. motor is not safely held in car and it couldnt possibly have been inspectable in April of 2012... they wouldnt even replace brakes because they were afraid to disturb the frame of car any further...When I went there to resolve issues at US Auto Mart.. the manager escorted me and my 9 yr old son out of building telling me to lose 50 lbs and then he told me to leave because he has to work all day to support us on food stamps.. My son heard this and cried on way home ....that was sexual harrassment AND discrimination....along with selling us a death trap for my son to drive....Desired Settlement: I want my sons Graduation money back that he purchased car with.. and reimbursement for new tires and registration he applied for.. car is sitting.. uninspectable...

This is a prime example of frivolous complaints. I was actually present during this transaction. We sent this vehicle out for service in October 2012 to an independent State Inspection Station to service this vehicle. We paid $600 for work including State Inspection & Emissions in this vehicle. As she stated she purchased this vehicle in October 2012. Until September 5th 2013 we heard no problems or complaints about the car. So approximately

One year after the purchase and coincidentally approximant expiration of stickers. She entered the showroom and became loud and abusive. The Manager was trying to explain that the car was serviced one year ago and tried to give her the name of the service station. She told him she didn't own nothing and go ahead and sue her she don't own [redacted] and was on welfare. He explained he was not giving her a refund of her money after the Car being driven and owned for one year. I heard her oil him a [redacted] and told him [redacted] you. He then told her to leave. She told him to beat his wife. He then responded he had to go back to work to pay taxes for people who don't. I have copies of invoice from repair facility in October 2012, and since they have been in possession of the car for almost a year and we heard no complaints till a year later. I consider this matter closed and have referred it to our legal counsel.

Lies.. all lies... I was verbally assalted by [redacted] and my 9 yr old son heard it all.. [redacted] told me I could lose a good 50 lbs.. and he NEVER mentioned getting back to work to pay TAXES.... he said he had to get back to work to pay for our (meaning mine and my sons) EBT... that is discrimination and I will not tolerate that from anyone... I told him to go home and beat his wife because he was abusing ME... the man obviously has NO RESPECT FOR WOMEN OR CHILDREN... He should not be working with the public with his temper ... I feel that he is a dangerous person and someday he will snap worse on someone.... I was able to find someone who previously did business with US AUTO MART but no longer wants associated with that establishment... to fix our car... I am fighting the abuse I suffered at that business... Sexual Harrassment,and Discrimination.. This man is out of control... He needs help....

Review: I viewed several vehicles on-line that were of interest to me. when I arrived, the salesman I had spoken to via email was not available and I was directed to [redacted]. None of the cars I was interestd in were any longer available. The first vehicle that was brought out for me to test drive was a complete piece of junk. I proceeded to tell him that I was really just looking and that the ONLY way I would trade my car was if I was able to obtain a better interest rate. 4 hours later after driving several vehicles and being told to just wait a few more minutes, he finally came back and said that while they could not get me a better rate, it would still be the same as my current one. along with my car I also had to pay an additional $800. another hour after that I finally was brought to the back office to sign. at no time did anyone verbally inform me of the actual interest rate. I was told that I would receive all paperwork in the mail within a few days. almost 1 month later I received everything I signed. Too Late ! interest rate was 3% more. I had also contacted them to hold the $800 because they didn't pay off my old car soon enough, I had to make another payment on it. They also advertise a $350 fee if you refer someone that buys a car. Never got that either. I contacted them and told them I would pay the difference of $450. . .a few days later, they deposited the original $800 check.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like reimbursed for the related bank fees, and an agreement to accept the $450 as full and final payment.

Nowhere in here do I hear that all the papers that were signed were not explained and why doesn't anyone read anything before signing! Review: I just contacted the FTC and told them about my case and found out they were in 6 violations according to them on what they have to following selling a used car. So I am writing to let everyone know to call the FTC on them. If they did not give you a BUYER GUIDE like they did to me it is a big fine for them and they can be shut down so they do not do this to someone else. Lets all help to protect ourself from this dealer. The FTC will be able to get you legal help. Plus I found out this guy was also worked at [redacted] and now they are shut down due to his shady deals and all of the complaints.Desired Settlement: I deserve a refund since they could of never legally sold me this car... It was sold against FTC policies.
