If I could give negative stars I wouldI am a project manager for a nationwide builder and made the mistake of writing a contract to this company to provide and install a trash chute and trash compactorWORST MISTAKE OF MY YEAR CAREER!! I cannot say enough about how unprofessional and rude these people areI have not dealt with one single person there that has any sense of business decorumEven the woman answering the phone is unprofessional and rude!!
From the minute we started to schedule them for the project to now trying to get rid of them it has been a frustrating ordealNo response to emails or calls, installers showing up to the jobsite in a taxi with no tools making demands for labor, material arriving to the jobsite with no way to unload it, being completely incompetent when it comes to AIA progress payment procedures, cursing and hanging up on me when I call in response to their constant threats of legal proceedings, and on and on and onI really don't know how they're still in business!! Do yourself a favor and save the brain cells you're going to kill from blowing your lid dealing with this ridiculous company

John W., the owner operator is a low life. He can be googled under company name, try LLC if Corp. Doesn’t show info. HE OWES OSHA, who ultimately is US Treasury when 400k plus is owed. That’s the kind of business ?man that is. Don’t trust this company. I only wish he would try to bring suit to his review, because the truth, which this is will only shed more light on his person. They were 37 days late on delivery and another 6 days to complete distribution and ultimately the install. Our company was fined for late building completion, and now in process of lawsuit with US CHUTES CORP and M[redacted]. Do not use this company.

This company has cashed my check. And never sent the product I had ordered. I have contacted them over 15 times. Many stories but no product.

Review: On or about June 9th I purchased some trash chute doors and various other little things. The order number is [redacted] The total came to $1784.64 I was in contact with Shanee M[redacted] Toll Free: ###-###-#### Direct Line: ###-###-#### who put in the order for me. They stated they had to have a check in order to do the order. My corporate office sent them a check and US chutes cashed that check a few months ago.

For a couple weeks after the order they kept saying they had to check on the order, and would never call back. Then I would talk to Shanee a few times and she would say some stuff was on backorder and it should be a week or so, that was a month ago. I would call again and she was always to lunch and her voice mail was full. I have been emailing them every day and calling them every day and it says their voice mail is full (now all their voicemails are full) and you can not leave a message. I want either my product I ordered or a refund on my money. These products I ordered were for a fire inspection at my property.Desired Settlement: I would like either my order asap or a refund asap if they cant give me what we paid for.

Review: We have been trying to get the technician back to fix the compactor and when we call no one picks up the phone regardless of time or day. I have sent numerous emails to different people in the company. John W[redacted] responded to one complaint by email, what problem I am having, never heard from him again. It seems there is only one technician John R[redacted] that covers the queens area. Had the chance to also email Tricia executive accountant I believe don't know how she got involved, again no service was done. This is going on since 8/11/2015. In one of the emails the technician had 2 orders to go to my location and another one also in my area. I called that managment office and the lady Linda she said having no service and no one returning her emails or phone calls. This is equipment that costed over $10,000. It seems they have another location in Florida Boca Raton, that number been disconnected.

I really would like some help here if any one can help out on this greatly appreciated. It is not fair to pay so much money for equipment and receive this treatment.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to send a technician that can fix this problem. This compactor is situated in a building of 25 units and the super has to do it all manually. So basically $15,000. went to waste?

Review: In October 2014 we ordered 3 chute closers and pad for our order $ 286.31. Later on, after many e-mail exchange with different people from the company, since we couldn't get the right parts, we decided to cancelled our order but we've never received our money back.

The several people that I contacted before are not with the company anymore. Recently, every time I'm calling the company to get the information about our refund I'm being forwarded either to someone who is out of office or someone who promises to take a look at the case and call me but it never happens. This afternoon, the person who I spoke to again tried to send me to someone else but when I express my opinion about this practice just rudely disconnected the call.Desired Settlement: We would like to get our money back.
