This email is in response to a complaint from [redacted] against US Energy Partners, Inc. of Bowling Green, KY.

Mr. [redacted] claims that he invested in US Energy Partners

and has no word of progress. He claims to have made multiple attempts to

contact the company.

US Energy Partners, Inc. is an oil and natural gas

development company. It seeks out leases in order to drill oil and natural gas

wells. Mr. [redacted] invested in an oil and natural gas project. He did not

purchase ownership in US Energy Partners, Inc. Furthermore, Mr. [redacted]

contacted me multiple times when he first invested on my mobile phone and was

given that number in the event he needed to contact me. I still have that number

today and he has not attempted to contact me on it.

Mr. [redacted] was informed of the progress of his wells,

which successfully found oil and checks were sent out to all who invested. At

some point, the wells continued to fight water and mechanical issues and were

shut-in. Mr. [redacted] was made aware that the wells were not pumping due to these

issues and if/when we were able to overcome the issues, we would once again

pump them and send out revenue to the interest holders. If he had questions or

concerns he was asked to call.

There is no truth to his statement. I have never talked to [redacted] or had had him answer his phone. The only person I'v talked to is a gentalmen by the name of [redacted] and that was about 2 years ago. Alll attemps to call the company have failed, Arron will not answer his phone (270-[redacted]) [redacted] does not answer any number 270-[redacted] 270-[redacted]hm. He need to be in contact with the investors
