I had USFloors tiger wood flooring installed in Oct 2013. Their packaging requires 72 hours for "acclimation" to the environment. We acclimated our floors for 7 days. 20 months later our floors are shrinking causing gaps everywhere. After inspecting the floors they denied a claim based on "improper acclimation".... SERIOUSLY. They took a moisture reading in June 2015 and it was over 15% and the relative humidity in the home was 57%. Again their response is too much humidity in our home and it is OUR responsibility to maintain our home to accommodate their floors. Are you kidding me.... I guess they don't have customers in the Northeast or Southeast.... and yet they are out of Georgia. Also no where on their product does it indicated the proper relative humidity that a home needs to be at for their floors not to fail. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!
