My latest concern with my massage chair had a rep tell me the concern would be dealt with. I gave him two weeks to " get er done" and had to call the company again. The rep said " didn't ---------call you. I said if --------had called me you likely would not have received this follow-up call. He assured me he would contact a repair representiative again to come and repair my product. I am currently waiting for a call while I write this review.
