Why if the Pilot was at Honda Frontenac in May of did it take till May of to get keys, a year later for us to do the job? Upon pick up the work was completed quickly and efficientlyWe are still waiting for any type of payment for the services provided, no money was put down, absolutely no payments have been made in regards to the repairsThe customer has made no attempt at paying any portion at any time of this repair, despite of the plus phone calls made by [redacted] to the customerWe have phone records showing multiple calls at all different times trying to discuss some type of payment arrangementThe customer has answered the phone numerous times promising to pay money by the weekend and never shows upIn no way shape or form is the vehicle being held hostageThe vehicle is being held due to nonpayment of the vehicle repairsUs Motors has been more than patient in waiting the plus months that we have had the Pilot, because customer has not come and paid any portion of the billIn regards to the personal property totaling 1k the Pilot has remained in its original state since date of pick upMeaning what was in it when we got it is still in it now, nothing has been removed or touchedAs to a mechanic calling, [redacted] is the only person who has contacted the customer at any time from numerous numbersAs to the comments of the Pilot being in a front end collision that statement is also (we have a carfax to prove no accidents have occurred on this vehicle)All the vin Sticker on each panelAs to the vehicle being stored at my home address that statement is also falseThe pilot has been at US Motors in the parking lot or garage since work was completedAnd at no time has there been any comments about parting the Pilot outThis is clearly a situation in which a customer owes a repair bill and is falsely accusing US Motors and employees of wrong doing in attempt of getting out of the repair billThe Pilot is in perfect good working order waiting to be picked up upon payment of bill in full at which time US Motors will gladly release the Pilot 11/16/Update as of the day this complaint was made the pilot owners lender [redacted] contacted US Motors and asked if we had the pilot we told them yes we have for the past several months due to nonpayment of the owners bill [redacted] asked us to please not release pilot to anyone but them due to the owner not paying the car paymentsThat [redacted] would pay the customer's bill and pick up the pilotAs of now US Motors still has the pilot and is waiting patiently for [redacted] to pay the balance and pick up the vehicleIf any documentation is needed please contact US Motors regarding it thank youAS of 11-18-the customer contacted [redacted] and said the pilot was stolen and its clearly not at all stolen US Motors has paperwork hand written by customer for them to pick it up at [redacted] contacted US Motors to let them know of these statements and to still not release the pilot to anyone but [redacted] I would attach all text messages that we send to [redacted] husband who was dealing with us all the time

In response to customer complaint #*** about the Honda PilotThis vehicle sold on Feb 29,At U S Motors our personal goal is to provide top quality automobiles to the publicJust the idea that you could somehow manipulate an automobile to only last monthThe truth of the
matter is that when the vehicle was sold it was running perfectFull state and emission inspections were passed. We also put new oil and oil filter in the vehicleWhen first contacted by the customer the customer told us that the motor blew up and stopped runningVery concerned with the problem we went to the customers home to see the vehicleWe also had a friend come along who is a mechanic to get a second opinion on the issueThe conclusion was that the engine would need to be replacedWe offered to help him find a good engine to put in the vehicleAt the same time the customer told me the they had just changed the oil their self and that after he changed the oil the engine had an issue the next daySo basically motor has blown next day after he change oil himself at his homeWe have no control over what the customer does with the vehicle after they buy and own itThe customer decided to do arrange his own repair and during the repair he called us and told us to pay $of his billThe vehicle was sold as is with no hidden promises of which we would be responsible ofThe buyer decided to opt out of our 3month 3,mile warranty we offer on all our carsI am attaching as is buyer guide signed by buyer at the time of purchase I sincerely tried to assist in helping them find a motor for a good price but unfortunately they are quite expensive

In regards to the 30 day warranty, we went above and beyond to help the customer and fix the issues. If the vehicle was having problems in March 2014 why did they continue to drive the vehicle till May 2014 until is stopped before bringing it to us to have the repairs done? US Motors is one of the best Auto repair shop in St.Louis.. [redacted] is one of the guy who gave genuine estimate & deliver vehicle on time
