I received a call in November from this company stating they worked with the previous ordering clerk through one of their sales people who was no longer there, could I verify our company information I verified the information and then the sales person asked to send out shipping tape along with a catalog and free gift Since I was fairly new to the AP/ordering position, I agreedI stated if the product was acceptable to us, I would call them back to order more They said no problem, they would not call again We received approxrolls of cheap tape at the end of November and I paid the invoice ($85.74) the first week of December SInce the product was bad, I did not order more from the company I received a call about weeks ago from a female at this company saying Sorry, they forgot to ship the other half of our order and it would be going out soon I couldn't remember the amount I ordered so I said ok We received rolls of tape yesterday!!! I know that I did not originally order that amount of tape, especially when the shipping department said they won't use it because it is cheap I have not received an invoice yet so I called the number on the packing slip Kelly answered the phone and transferred me to Allan G [redacted] when I said I wanted our company to be removed from their call and sales listsAllan G [redacted] said that he is the GM of Cust Svc I haven't received the invoice yet but agreed to pay a revised invoice that MrG [redacted] agreed to fax to me for the amount of $($a roll, no shipping or taxes) MrG [redacted] agreed to copy me on the email that he said he was sending to the Cust Svc department to removed my company from the calling/sales list It has been hours and I have not received the fax or an email This company is shady in their sales practices They call sounding very familiar with your company and once they get to the ordering person they tell a lie about working with the previous person I spoke to my company's shipping and receiving director who has dealt with this company in the past (about years ago) and asked to be off the call list So clearly, they wait awhile before repeat calling companies MrG***'s manner on the phone is argumentative- he tries to keep talking in circles to distract the caller If I do not receive the faxed invoice or an email from Allan G [redacted] by the end of this week (and that is a generous time allowance), I will be opening a formal complaint about them through the Revdex.com

We received approx. 12 rolls of cheap tape at the end of November 2015 and I paid the invoice ($85.74) the first week of December 2015. SInce the product was bad, I did not order more from the company.
I received a call about 2 weeks ago from a female at this company saying Sorry, they forgot to ship the other half of our order and it would be going out soon. I couldn't remember the amount I ordered so I said ok.
We received 72 rolls of tape yesterday!!! I know that I did not originally order that amount of tape, especially when the shipping department said they won't use it because it is cheap. I have not received an invoice yet so I called the number on the packing slip.
