I love this company from the first time I called them Kelly answered the phone she is so nice and sweet I felt like I have known her all my life, and the owners son showed up to make sure I got the right chair for me and he was so nice and Tony delivered my chair he was also so nice he adjusted my chair to fit me and showed me how to use it
I have been blown away with this company that I feel like just calling them from time to time just to say hi.
I love that kind of service you feel like you are part of it.
They are on my Christmas List!

I have used this company for many projects over the past nine years. It is a family owned business and they go out of their way to make it right. I recently ordered patterned carpet for the first floor of my home - the installation was perfect! All of the lines matched up and I couldn't even see the seams without looking carefully.
It is one of the few full service flooring stores on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne and they are SUPER BUSY all the time, especially during building and remodeling season.

Do Not use this comoany. Their customer service is absolutely the worst I've ever had. If you call to ask questions you will literally never get a call back. They send one person to do the job of 3-4 people. Then that one person breaks things on your house and they promise to resolve it but never do. Once they actually install your items, it's not done professionally and when they come back to "fix" it, it looks even worse than the first time. I do not know how they are still in business. We will never be back. We are actually hiring a completely different contractor to come fix their mistakes because we do not want them back in our house. Stay Away!

When replacing flooring in my 3-season sun room, a CR Carpet employee who has worked there many years recommended a vinyl tile product that looks like ceramic (she said can't use ceramic due to temp extremes in room). Another employee measured the room. The installer then did a good job installing end of August. A week later some grout was cracked and pitted. Installer re-grouted these areas. A month later all the grout had cracked. Owner looked at floor and concluded the vinyl had shrunk with cold temps. He also said this product should NEVER be used in rooms with such great temp fluctuation like an unheated sun room. NO ONE indicated this to me until floor was already a mess. At least one of the 3 employees I first worked with should have realized the problem and not recommended it for my room. Owner wanted to re-grout in spring when temps no longer freezing. I decided that's no solution as freezing temps next winter will make vinyl shrink again. Waiting for owner to get back to me on what he'll do to make floor right. Re-grouting is waste of time. I'll update this review when problem either resolved or when I file a formal complaint with Revdex.com.
