Review: I spoke with [redacted] when I received the first bill from them. She was very aware of who I was, and even recalled setting up service with me for the removal of items from my rental. She explained that someone started a new account at the same address after I had, and somehow it was put onto my account by accident, that her manager ([redacted]) was in a meeting, but he would fix it. I received a bill the next month, so of course I called back and spoke to another lady because [redacted] was on another call, she took the message and was going to take care of it but apparently didn't. I have received yet another bill. I only rented 1 dumpster. It was debited from my account!Desired Settlement: I want this bill removed from my name, and placed in the proper account. I paid for my dumpster that I had rented, on my visa debit. This error on US Wastes behalf was to be cleared up months ago! And has potential to tarnish my good credit that I worked hard for, for someone's huge mistake at US Waste.
