MsSeifert, When I spoke with you yesterday, I advised you I would check on your refund and make sure it was issued within the next 1-business days I kept my word and your account was refunded this morning for $I emailed you and spoke with you on the phone on 3/13/(we are
not open on the weekends) reassuring you it would be taken care of, yet you still filed a complaint against usYou did not get the run around you were given a straight forward answer and we kept our word.Your account has been refunded and we consider this matter closed. Thank you, Amber

I am rejecting this response because:
They are a very dishonest company They took over a month to refund my money and only because I contacted the Revdex.com.Amber was rude on the phone , made no effort to refund my money or care that I had been waiting for over a month.very poor customer service and very dishonest to do business withProblem should have been resolved a long time ago.US wings made no effort to refund my money or to do the right thing, until the Revdex.com got involved

Mr. [redacted] placed two orders with our company, both on January 29th, 2016. We received both of his jackets back for a refund on 2/15. The customer called several times to verify we received his jackets. We told him we did, and a refund will be...

issued once the jackets complete the inspection process. On 2/25 Mr. [redacted]'s credit card was refunded $195.00 for one order and both of his orders were accidentally marked as completed. We received another call from Mr. [redacted] on 2/29 looking for his second refund. We apologized, explained what happened, and immediately issued the second refund. We told him on the phone it was completed, and emailed him, as well. Both refunds were issued and verified with our merchant services department (could take up to seven days for this to appear on his end). Since he has been refunded the amount due to him, we consider this case closed. It is clear he has taken an honest mistake and is trying to discredit our name.

I'm not trying to discredit our company and you should accuse your customer of doing show. If you chose you run your business this way, it's your choice. I'm providing you a constructive feed back and I reached out to Revdex.com to have a neutral third party oversee this refund processes to make sure it does goes through and I thanks Revdex.com to step-in on this one because after I submitted my complaint with Revdex.com a day later I received an email from your company stating that the refund was processed. On March 1st, that's when I received my refund for the second order. Let's re-cap some of this time line so other consumer could make a good judgement to see if they should be doing business with your company or not.
- Order #1 and #2 both return back to your store on 2/15
- The refund for the first order was issued on 2/25 (10 days after you received the jacket back)
- The refund for the second order was issued on 2/29 (19 days after you received the jack back)
