U Save Appliances

I purchased a washer/dryer set from U-Save Appliances. One year later, I called to see if they would like to buy them back so they could resell since I was moving. They agreed to take the appliances to sell on consignment. The store owner came to my home on 7/28/14 and picked up the washer and dryer. He said he thought he could sell them in about two weeks time and he would send a check to me for my portion of the sale price. I waited a few weeks and then called to see if they had been sold. He, apparently, went out of business during that time and I am not able to find him to get the appliances back or get money for them. I believe he had to have know that he was closing the business at the time he picked up the appliances.
