the customer came in for oil change and a a/c service special she had a val-PAC coupon and the coupon has the details on it her invoice has it on it I like to apologize my son did cash her out and she has a SUV could have charge her more money that is on the coupon to now the a/c system we tell ever
one for $you get one pound of Freon /oil/dye she had no a/c blowing hot air when she lift my shop she had ice cold a/c there is no way to tell if there is a leak that's way we put in dye so she must be the only one we did not tell to return that would be to are advantage to tell her to return so two weeks she had ice cold air so she also had to think the a/c is fine now it start to blow hot air all of a sudden its my fault OK now yes we did a oil change for $and again a SUV should have been more money but my son is working for the summer and did not tell her SUV are more money that's on the coupon we just let it go so there was no problem's if we lost or did not replace the dip stick I apologize and take the blame and I would like to pay for a new one the a/c system no I am sorry I will not pay for any think I don't think I did any think wrong on the a/c system thank you and have a great day and yes you do save at u-save auto

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. the dealer`s response to Revdex.com is a total lie. they never sent the money to ins. and I have given signed papers to prove it. ins. co. and I never had harsh words or falling out , they felt bad for me in this situation with dealer and would try to help resolve it. each time I called them, I was told they have never received anything from dealer and it never takes more than a day or 2 to process it once it is received by them. after nearly 3 weeks they and I agreed there was enough time passed and dealer kept t he money rather then send it to them. this is fraud the same as letting car get sold with false inspection sticker that had safety issues. I was told by [redacted] mechanic not to drive it like this as could do more damage so I lost $60 per day of income as could not get to pickup and walk dog clients. that caused me to lose $840 income because I had no safe vehicle to drive to do my job. I am not even seeking reimbursement for that which I could also. I just want to be reimbursed for the out of pocket money that I would not have had to pay if car was properly inspected and repaired. on fixed income I cannot afford to be out $307. thank you again for your help with this matter. the state law is we have the right to see the car and have a chance to fix the car we had neither she had the car fixed and then she called the warranty co tow days later and found out no warranty she got mad had words with the warranty co $300 was sent back to us and we sent $300 back to her it...
takes seven days for the warranty to become valid and again the car was sold as is no warranty from usave auto sales
