[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] They called one time and did not call back as I was told. So I called them. They told me to talk to a tech when they come out and report the findings of the tech back to them. (why?)  As for the promo package I was promised, they can't seem to verify if it was offered or not so the higher price will not be changed to what was promised.  Problem not resolved and they asked me to call back Tuesday April 5, 2016 with the tech findings.

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  It seems that the issue has been resolved as of now, but the response I received from Mediacom about trying to contact me is simply not true. I have had no phone calls or emails or any other messages from them at all. (It is possible that they tried to contact me at the very same phone number that they had disconnected from my service, which would speak volumes about their inability to make logical sense of my simple service contract.) Thank you very much for their help in this matter.

Customer was contacted and their promotion was explained to them on 5/7, necessary credits were issued at that time. This complaint is considered resolved.

Mediacom management has made several attempts since receiving this notification to contact Ms. [redacted] about her complaint. Unfortunately, have not had any success in reaching her to provide a resolution.

Mediacom repeatedly ignored requests to respond to price changes to our bill.  In August of 2014, we agreed to terms of service and signed paperwork to reflect cable and internet service at a price of 45$/month which Mediacom then changed months later, stating that we were "incorrectly quoted a price for service" in the Mediacom Dagsboro office.  In August of 2015, our rate was to increase by 20$ per month to 65/month for service which would then be our price for service until August of 2016 .  Mediacom has NOT reinstated our original contracted price point and service schedule, which is the only true resolution to this issue.

The local office front counter supervisor has been in touch with the customer to provide a response to the promotional billing. Service issues are being investigated by the local plant maintenance department and technical management. Thank you.
