As for the promo package I was promised, they can't seem to verify if it was offered or not so the higher price will not be changed to what was promised Problem not resolved and they asked me to call back Tuesday April 5, with the tech findings

The North Carolina front counter supervisor has reached out to Mr [redacted] to resolve his complaints; she has provided her contact information and will do her best to ensure his issues are resolved by working directly with him and the technical staff in North Carolina

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Mediacom repeatedly ignored requests to respond to price changes to our bill In August of 2014, we agreed to terms of service and signed paperwork to reflect cable and internet service at a price of 45$/month which Mediacom then changed months later, stating that we were "incorrectly quoted a price for service" in the Mediacom Dagsboro office In August of 2015, our rate was to increase by 20$ per month to 65/month for service which would then be our price for service until August of Mediacom has NOT reinstated our original contracted price point and service schedule, which is the only true resolution to this issue Regards, C

Mediacom management has made several attempts since receiving this notification to contact Ms [redacted] about her complaintUnfortunately, have not had any success in reaching her to provide a resolution
