Review: I payed for a English bulldog from [redacted].com the lady there told my that the dog was going to be $450.00 so I payed that. then the uship contact me and told me I need to pay them 1,600.00 more for insurance on the puppie. I told them that I live in housing and live on ssi so I cant pay that so I told the lady I got the dog from what they said. she told me that she payed them the 600.00 so all I need to do is pay the 1,000.00 I told her I can't so the uship called me back and told me all I need to pay is 200.00 so I asked a friend and she gave it to me. so they told me I would have the puppie buy 6:00 pm last night. then at 5:00pm they told me I needed to pay another $320.00 so I texted the lady I got the dog from and she told me to pay the $160.00 and she will pay another $160.00. I told her I can't do it. and I told the uship people that I didn't have the money they told me that they are going to quarantine the puppie and have me for pet abuse and abandoment. can u please help me out.Desired Settlement: I would like my english bulldog puppie girl and $1,600.00 for the stress and the money I gave them. thank you

Ijust wanted to add more information. the woman I got the puppies said she was from Spokane Wa.She set up the carrier for shipping and said I would pay the shipping company. The shipping company said Oregon from the emails I have. so really do not know where it really was. I hope you can retrieve my original complain information from the ID# .Desired Settlement: My money back.

Review: Having a puppy shipped told to pay only $500 for shipping by wire transfer and was given a delivery date. Day of scheduled delivery received call stating had to pay additional$2300 for pet insurance and if I did not the puppy would be turned over to pet control and I would k d be charged with abandonment.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded

Review: U-ship Pets agreed to ship a blue French Bulldog male puppy for $500 total cost to my doorstep. After paying the company $500 by [redacted] money order I received an email and phone call stating they now need $9500 to $15000 more for insurance. We told them that wasn't they original price agreed upon by the owner of the puppy or the company and we didn't have that money to pay. They now will not return any phone calls, and the owner of the puppy will not return texts or emails. Desired Settlement: $500 refunded or a blue French Bulldog male puppy delivered to my door.

Review: Found a great Dane pup online with u ship as the shipper. U ship collected five hundred from me. I have all e-mails showing how much they wanted and what for. When I was waiting for a confronmation text I got one instead that says they have the dog $225 worth of shots, and they would need an additional $1100 for their cheapest crate. I can show were it is advertised as included. Upon further questioning I got responces like they don't care ( about being reported to the Revdex.com.)Desired Settlement: Full refund.I am thinking they are just a scam.

Review: Hi my name is [redacted] and I'm emailing you today because I have purchased 2 puppies on Friday May 2, 2014. I have made the payment of $380 which was requested for the shipping of the puppies. On Saturday May 3, 2014 I was notified that a payment of $442 was to be made for the dog crates which was made. Both payments were made as requested by a REloadit payment card. After that I was notified by phone that I was going to be able to receive my dog Saturday night. I didn't and received a call at 11:40pm stating that my dogs are coming by 10:30am Sunday. Sunday comes a long and no dogs. I get on the phone and call and also received an email stating that you guys want another $780 for dog documents, which is an amount that I don't have. I have giving the U-ship company money to have the dogs shipped over and now I can't have them. I am highly upset and because you won't sent me the dogs I am requesting that you refund my full amount of $822.00 to me ASAP.Desired Settlement: All I want is my full refund of $822.00 or the two yorkie pups.

Review: I was to have a dog shipped to me and I was told I needed to pay 250 dollars for the shipping of the pet. I was told this from the owner and the company. The company told me I needed to make the payment in order to proceed with the shipping so I did. After they confirmed my payment and sent my the flight details of my pet they then later told me I needed to purchase a climate controlled crate for the pet and anti pressure vaccine. They were expecting me to pay 3,000 dollars on top of the 250 I already paid for this so called crate. I refused to pay that amount since it was never stated to me before hand the pet would have to see a veterinarian before the flight, I was only told I needed to pay 250 which I did no more no less. So I told them to get the pet back to its owner and to refund me my money since they didn't ship me anything. They then told me they could not refund my money because I already had a confirmation on the delivery. So since they decided to not give me a refund of the 250 bucks I am filing a small claims case to get my money back since I never received anything from the company, since like any normal human would refused to pay 3,000 dollars for a crate I have never even heard of or was told about before hand.Desired Settlement: I just want my refund of 250 since they took my money and didn't ship me anything.
