have left messages for mr abdelsalam there has been no response the brg we replaced would still be under warranty if he brings in the proper paper work for the second replacement I will be able to get him a refund on the replacement of the second repair all he needs to do is contact mr [redacted] service director to get a refundthankls for your help

YES I DID TALK TO THIS CUSTOMER ABOUT HERE CAR FRIST SHE WAS UPSET THAT THE COST OF REPAIRS WERE DIFFERANT BETWEEN
DEALERSHIPS TOLD HER THAT WE WOULD PRICE MATCH AND SHE WOULD HAVE NONE OF THAT .FOUND OUT SHE GOT VERY LOUD WITH ADVISOR TRIED TO HELP HER SHE STATED SHE WAS GOING TO PICK UP CAR NEXT DAY CALLED BACK WANTING HER DAIG BACK STATE NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH CAR WE TOLD HER ABOUT LEAK AT WATER PUMP CAR WAS DWN GALLON OF ANTI FREEZE WE ADDED AT TIME OF DAIGTHE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON WE CLEARED THE CODE WHEN WE FOUND THST ELRC PUMP WAS BAD PUMP BLOWN FUSE WHICH WAS ALSO REPLACE IN DAIGBECAUSE CAR WAS NOT OVER HEATED LIKE IT DID BEFORE SHE CAME TO US WITH CARWE BELIEVE THAT AS SOON AS THE CAR GOTS HOT AND THE ELEC FAN DOES NOT WORK THAT THE PROBLEM WILL COME BACK .ALSO WHEN ANTI FREEZE LLEVEL GOES DOWN CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WILL COME BACK AND CODE FOR FAN WILL AGAIN SHOW, BY THIS DEALER DOING THE DAIG PROBLEM AFTER CAR GET HOT AND PROBLEM SHOW UP .ALSO CUST KNEW UPFRONT CHARGE FOR DAIG AND OK.D IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL ME,THANK YOU

Once again I have found this company to be horribly dishonestAt no point was I upset because the cost of repairs were different between dealershipI was up set because of this company's employee and supervisor trying to take money for repairs that were not needed
This was my first time taking my car to *** Cadillac, I've had NO problems with the car ever over heating as *** *** stated
On 8/11/
I took my car to Shiery Cadillac because the check engine light came on, *** was the service consultant I told him that "my check engine came on" *** then asked me if I could wait while his technician looked at the carI waitedAfter the technician looked at the car *** told me I needed a water pump, aux pump, front/back pads & rotors and a Rtfront control armI asked the cost, *** wrote the cost of the parts down ($& $692.75) and said labor was $an hour
I then said "that's a lot of money" let me check around*** said the parts would not be under warranty because I did not buy from them, so I asked *** not to start work on the car because I needed to check around*** then stated " I will give you a discount" I said ok and then asked for a loaner car; non available until 8/12/I told *** I was still going to check around and that I would call him in the morning to let him know
On 8/12/I went back to *** Cadillac to pick up the loaner car, *** was gone for the day; *** assisted me, she had my paperwork and the loaner car*** told me the cost which was
$and that *** had given me a discount I asked how much and she said "$
I said " that's no discount, I need to speak with ***, can you have him call me first thing in the morning, *** said she would leave him the message, I got the loaner car and left
On 8/13/15,
*** called me and I explained to him that $off $is no discount and if I had known you were only going to take $off I would have take my car then*** asked me if I could hold while he get his supervisor, I held the phone, ***'s supervisor stated he could give me 10% I said "$are you serious that's another slap in the face"***'s supervisor then said he needed to talk to the supervisor of their discount department and that he would call me back***'s supervisor called me back, but I missed his call so I called *** *** and asked to speak to ***'s supervisor; a man by the name of *** *** was on the phone and I told him (*** *** that I was *** ***, returning his call; well to my surprise *** *** stated " I did not call you"
I told *** *** that someone, called me earlier
that was suppose to be ***'s supervisorI'm
confused now; If you did not call me then who did
Mr*** said he would call me back, needed to see what was going onMr*** called me back, said oh that was my assistant supervisorAt that point I was really uncomfortable, but I explained to *** *** the discount that was offered to me*** *** said he would fix the car for $(plus) out the door and that's when I told *** *** "NO" I do not want your discountI will bring your loaner car to you and pick my car up and take it to another Cadillac service department
You all did not value me a you customer, I don't feel as though I can trust you all*** *** said fine
Later that day;
I turned in the loaner and got my carI took the car straight to another Cadillac service department (Rizza)
I told the Service consultant at *** Cadillac this name was *** (same as I told ***)
" my check engine light came on"
*** asked if I was going to leave the car, I said ok, he replied; I'll have a technician look at it in the morning (8/14/14) and give you a callI said ok
On 8/14/
*** from *** Cadillac service deptcalled and said nothing about car needing any repairs
I was told I could pick the car up that day and that they would fix the seat panel- part and Labor would be $plus the for diagnostic testing
I asked *** are you sure I don't need any repairs and he said the technician put the car on a machine and NO ERROR CODES SHOWEDI respond "REALLY" are you serious"
*** said; the car showed no failure codes
So at the point I told *** that I was told the car need a water pump, aux pump, front/back pads& rotors and a Rtfront control arm*** said I will have the technician check you car again and call you back
*** called me back and said the technician checked the car and still no failure codes the car passed *** the tests*** even told me that is the check engine light comes back on within days to bring the car back in and they will check the car at no cost
*** Cadillac did not offer to check car again or anything
I asked *** *** General Manager of *** Cadillac ; if I could have my money back for
second car testing and missing work on that Friday
He told me he would call me backHe did but he refused my request
I have documentation form *** Cadillac

my service advisor and the cust got into heated decussion before I was involed I said when the car overheats or gets hot enough the elec pump will not work thanks ***

I did not get in to a heat discussion with ***
Yes, I was upset, after finding out no repairs were needed on my car$is a lot of money
This is what I said to ***, after I told him I took the car to another Cadillac service deptand was told that I did not need any repairs other than the seat panel
You should be ashame of yourself,
"how would you like it if someone did this to you, your mom, dad, wife, how would you feel"

I told Brian how disappointed I was with him being dishonest with me and trying to take money for repairs that were not needed, and that this was not the end, I going to report this to *** *** *** *** *** Office, how many people have you done this to
I then asked *** for this corporate office and he (***) stated he did not have itI asked *** if he could get the number for me, *** said I don't have itAt that point I told ***
you really are a liar, I have the number, I just wanted to see if you were going to be honest with me, that's when *** hung up on me
The car has "never" overheated in the years I've had it, as I stated before I took the car in because the check engine was onI have the paperwork to show that when I brought the car in I told *** that the check engine light was my issueIt's been two weeks and the car is fine
This is a company who's employees that really needs to treat people the way they would want to be treated as a customer
I was not valued as a customer with ***, he never once really tried to help me as a customer, he tried to take advantage of me as a female customer
As for *** *** who is a supervisor; I felt as though my complaint was not valued

We believe this complaint has been resolved with Mr. Morris [redacted].Basically the main problem seemed to be that he did not expect his car insurance premium to increase with the new car lease obtained from Shirey Cadillac. Our salesperson simply told him that his premium would be thesimilar to...

what he had on the leased vehicle he was turning in, but apparently he was quoted a higher insurance premium. We do not sell carinsurance and have no control over what his insurance carrier charges. Nonetheless, in the interest of keeping him happy we gave him a check for $600 last week to settle his complaint. Mr. [redacted] also signed a waiver and release of all claims in exchange for the $600settlement. He had delayed taking delivery of his vehicle due to this issue, but he has now taken delivery and we do not anticipate anyfurther issues with Mr. [redacted] at this time. We waited to respond to this complaint until such time as we were sure it had been resolved completelyand Mr. [redacted] was satisfied. It is our understanding that there he is now satisfied with his transaction.
