Dear Revdex.com,This is in response to case number 12652753. [redacted] is a customer at our facility. Unfortunately, we did have a problem with rodents that were brought into the facility by another customer. That customer was evicted and the belongings were removed. [redacted] did...

have some damage to her belongings.U-Stor-ItThe customers are very important to us so we have taken great steps to insure this does not happen again. We went from monthly pest service, to weekly pest service. We now close the facility after the office closes so we can verify the customers do not bring in any vermin. We have hired a security guard that checks on the facility after office hours.We feel terrible that the customer's belongings had damage, but the situation is currently being handled by the insurance company.Sincerely,District Manager U-Stor-It
