Review: Mr. [redacted] owns said business. This owner will go into your account and charge your credit card whenever he feels like doing so each month. We have been complaining about and fighting this issue monthly and it just keeps happening. We have asked that he allow us to call up and authorize the charge and pay at that time but he will not follow that rule. He has caused us several hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees in the past by choosing to take a payment on random days. He gives his customers a grace period then charges them before it ends. We will also call to that location over and over and sometimes not get a response and then he will just charge the payment, we do not even get a chance to get a hold of anyone. This is an ongoing issue and his staff have even told us that they get yelled at all the time for him doing this but he refuses to face the angry customers. We have asked our credit card information not be kept on file which is our right by law, and he saves it anyway.Desired Settlement: We would like it in writing, signed by Mr. [redacted] that he will no longer charge our bank credit card without prior authorization from us. We would also like our card information removed from our account.

Review: Mr. [redacted] does not care about his customers but rather just about money. He overcharges your account, or charges it too soon. He will overdraft your bank account. Mr. [redacted] has continued to charge our account when he pleases rather than the day that it is due. He has also made payment arrangements with us and then charged our account anyway early or nearer the due date. He has caused us to be overdraft several times and it is due to these charges. We removed our credit card from the account and he has it written down somewhere because he keeps charging our account without our consent or knowledge. He charged us 100 dollars and then refunded it then charged a different amount causing our account to have several pending charges. The manager that works at the store [redacted] is amazing and has helped as much as she can and been very remorseful however Mr. [redacted] the owner seems like a crooked business owner to me.Desired Settlement: As a settlement I am requesting that he do not hold onto my credit card information and that he removes it completely from my account. I do not want my account automatically charged without my knowledge or consent again. I would also like a formal written apology for all he has put my family through financially.
