made aware of any complaint.We offer free and paid levels of press release distributionWe greatly value all of our customers, whether free or paidThe customer states they submitted at the free level, then called us and that call went to voicemailThe customer is not accurate in claiming that “no live person answers the phone” and that we “don’t have a help desk to call.” Representatives are available via phone during regular business hoursNo voicemails were left by the customer, nor messages sent to us by the customer via our online contact formThe first communication we received from the customer was a phone call on July **, that was answered by one of our editors, who then assisted them so their press release was immediately approved and distributed.The customer claims that the press release was declined because it was submitted on behalf of their clientSeveral thousand agencies, including publicists, use our service on behalf of their clientsIt is accurate that the customer submitted a release on behalf of their client, which is certainly acceptable, but this was not the reason for the decline of their initial submissionIt was explained to the customer in their account and via email that the press release had been submitted in the incorrect account and needed to be submitted in the correct accountThe editor who spoke with the customer on the phone on July **, reiterated this and assisted the customer in correcting this and distributing their release.The customer mentions in the complaint that press releases are time sensitive, which is accurateHowever, at the free level of distribution a press release would not be distributed before two days after submissionAt the paid levels of service, distribution is sooner, and depending on the level of service can be as soon as right after submission.It is always our top priority to provide our customers with the best and most enjoyable experience using our service
