Go to our website at www.uvaper.com, and click on the Aspire Service Center. From there, fill out the form, submit it, and send your defective product, along with a copy of your receipt to us. Once we take a look at your tank and determine whether it is defective or user error, we will contact you for shipping information and send out a replacement.

Review: I purchased an Aspire Nautilus from a local vendor and it was authentic. My threading on the bottom of the device (the device is for Vape/E-Cig) has worn out in less than a month and a half. In response to my complaint, they proceeded to tell me that "the phenomena of friction" very sarcastically putting the blame on friction and not their terrible product. They refused any sort of compensation, and good luck reaching someone who will respond to your complaint. Ive also been finding metal shavings inside the device, so I will no longer be using Aspire products, I quite smoking to live longer, not to destroy my body by inhaling metal. Shame on this company for not addressing their customers who spend their hard earned money on their faulty products.Desired Settlement: I would like a formal apology from their company, due to their sarcastic and shameful response to my legit issues. Do not blame the customer for a bad product! I would like a full refund on every this I purchased for this device. $100 for faulty coils and the tank itself.

Upon reading your grievance with Aspire's product and their services we completely understand your frustration regarding both the product and ongoing communication with their company. While our company is called AspireUSA we would like to ensure you understand our company's relationship with the Aspire brand and the services we provide. AspireUSA is [redacted] direct business to business partner. We do not sell these products direct to consumers with the exception of an occasional Trade/Vape show interaction and if anyone had purchased the item from us during one such even we would honor the warranty as we directly sold it to them. As their business to business partner we sell their products to business owners, wholesalers, etc.. Some of the services that [redacted] provides we also provide including warranty returns, but only to AspireUSA customers. [redacted] the Manufacturer handles all warranty returns on their products worldwide, and our warranty service is provided as an extended service and is not regulated or controlled by the manufacturer. Per the warranty information you received with the product all warranty coverage is provided through [redacted] (the manufacturer). We recommend you attempt to resolve this issue with the manufacturer.We would also appreciate supporting information for your grievance as while we do not provide warranty support our company has helped hundreds of consumers with their products by evaluating the problem and attempting to fix the device by providing verbal and visual support and information. Review: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I contacted the company as recommended by them with my product authentication code and issues. I recieved and email back from them which stated I had contacted the wrong department and had to contact the company I sent the complaint to. This company has a huge lack of transparency with their customers, and refuse to help in anyway, shape or form. I am extremely disappointed that I ever did business wit them in the first place.
