At this time, I have been contacted directly by 21st Century Optics regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[They still have not given us the correct statementsTheir statements still reflect wrong/illegal charges and after getting back to me
once after the complaint, there's no action from their sideFrom the last few months, the only thing they have done is to made me go in circles but never corrected their wrong charges.]
