I recently brought my 2004 Acura TL into the Kearny Mesa Acura dealership for service. I have regularly used your dealership for the service needs of my car. [redacted] was my service advisor, who I think highly of. I believe it was you who I talked to last night to discuss the issue of one (or more) of your service technicians stealing money that I had in my car (center console). You ended up giving me $20, but I still do not feel ok about the situation. The labor on my service alone was $1,029.37. That is extraordinarily high (you pay your employees very well). I am open to paying the higher rates because of the sense of confidence that I had in the service that was being performed and the quality of employees that you must employ. I know times are tough, but it is absolutely crazy to me to have your employees stealing the cash that I had in my car. Along with the bills that they stole, they also stole the CHANGE from my car. Why would someone do this? Do they think it is ok or legal?
