Hi,This item was purchased from our Amazon store on 2/21/, per our store policy attached we do not accept return after days but item is under warranty and can be replaced within one year.Our warranty does not cover cost of shipping and handling as explained in attached file and buyer will be responsible for any related S&H fees.Mr [redacted] submitted his laptop battery to our warehouse to be checked and replaced under warranty, later we shipped item back to per his request since he refused to pay for shipping fees.Regards, [redacted] UBatteries

I ordered a replacement keyboard for a laptop from this companyI got the keyboard and noticed it didn't have the frameI called UBatteries and they said that they would send a keyboard with the frame to meThat's the extent of the goodI paid the extra for a keyboard with frame and got a keyboard with frame from a drop-ship company out of ILIt was rolled in light weight cardboard and stuffed in a plastic sleeveThe keyboard had the frame but the keyboard was usedThe keys had wear on them from fingers and the back had marks as if taken from another laptopOn top of this, the keyboard didn't workI called UBatteries and explained the problem and sent them pictures of the keyboard and packagingThey sent me another return slip and said they would get me a good keyboard outI told them that I wanted a new keyboard and frame sent from their location because they knew exactly what I paid for and neededI received another keyboard from another drop-ship company out of KY., this one didn't have the frameI called UBatteries yet again, this time not so niceI got an e-mail from UBatteries telling me that they could not fill my order (go figure) and that they would send me another return slipI got the return slip sending it to NV (remember, it came from KY.)I'm waiting on my refundI will be posting this all over social media and filling a complaint with the Revdex.comI have already filed a complaint with Amazon

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[The shipping policy was not on their site, only recently added, and the fact that they paid to ship back the defective battery, rather than a new one shows they have exceptions to their shipping policy, as it stands, I have a non-working battery that has cost me more in shipping than the battery was worth.]

Review: Purchased a laptop battery on February 21, 2015, battery died August 2015.Desired Settlement: Replacement of battery without having to pay for shipping. A defective product should not cost the consumer more money.
