I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
This company is now doubling the original delivery guarantee date and warning me about additional charges that were supposed to be waived upon delivery They are holding my belongings hostage It is impossible to get anyone on the phone to explain or help They have the phone calls taped and can reference everything that was promised to me on the phone but it appears that they refuse to go back and look OR they refuse to honor what they promised
