We have attached a copy of the Power Train Warranty that Mrs*** signed , you will see that there is indeed a line by line description of "covered" and "non covered" componentsDrive has always done what is best for our customers and the growth of our business, provided we are given a fair and professional opportunity to do so...Mrs*** chose to take her claim to the internet (Google review), instead of seeking a direct resolution.Drive will no longer be offering any form of resolution

We provide all customers with a complimentary 5-month, 5,mile limited power train warranty that also covers additional component parts related to the power trainWe go over line by line what is covered and what is not covered under our warrantyWe did not lie or mislead Ms*** when
she purchased her vehicle from us. She called in this morning and asked if the air conditioning was a covered component on the warranty; I told her that it was not, and she said "well that's not right" and abruptly hung up the phoneShe did not give me any time to ask any questions about the type of problem the a/c is having, where she got it diagnosed etcI am willing to speak with Ms*** to see what type of help, if any, we would be able to assist her with, but filing a complaint with the Revdex.com is certainly not the way to start a constructive dialogue
