Customer signed off on the order as it was entered and as they installed it after receipt of the order We have contacted the customer to offer compensation and we assume that they reject that This matter is closed as far as we are concerned as the customer has not accepted our offer of reasonable compensation as well as providing materials at no charge to correct their mistake

I needed an ADA sill for a standard 4-9/16" exterior entry door. Invoice stated a narrow sill (useless) to be shipped. When beautiful door and sidelites arrived, door had to be trucked into town for fitting with proper width sill, a $250 expense. When contacted, office manager volunteered double that amount, then agreed to my suggestion of the out of pocket expense only. Months later and no check and all calls and emails are not returned. Nice doors, poor customer relations.

Customer signed off on the order with 4-9/16"jambs when he did indeed need 6-9/16" Customer went ahead and installed the door inspite of that before alerting us to his needs otherwise When he did notify us we sent out a replacement jamb free of charge even though the original order was
signed off otherwise The "crack" that the customer is complaining about is not a defect but rather a condition of the wood as it is knotty alder The appearance can be simply taken care of with filler when the door is prepped for stain There are numerous emails back and forth with this customer refusing to take any responsibility for his own actions Therefore we will refund the customer in full upon our receipt of the product back at our facility in the condition that it was sent
