The only thing I recieved was a refurbished red key board. I guess since I have emailed several times the only option is the Revdex.com. Please get back to me.

Review: I "won" an HP computer on the UBid site but was not given a tracking number and the computer has not been delivered. The amount of $98.88 was drawn from my checking account on May **, 2015 for this computer. I have emailed every department on their list and attempted to call the number they gave ([redacted] ([redacted]) several times but no one has contacted me to help me with this issue. The telephone number either rings then goes busy or is just busy when I call at various times of the day. Below is a copy of the email sent by Ubid (excluding any personal information):

Review: I returned a Dell Laptop to the company as authorized by them vide their RMA # [redacted]. They received the return in their warehouse on July **,2015. Inspite of my several emails requesting refund, I have not received any response.

Review: On Dec *, 2015 I attempted to purchase an auction I had won for (2) $1 - Silver Certificates each I had won for $1 each . I tried to purchase the items after I had won and received an email saying my debit card was declined. I got up this morning and found that the site had charged my card 6 times in the amount of $13.99 so I then called the tech support/customer service department . I spoke to a technician who claimed he had to remotely access my computer to find the issue . He did so and told me I had been hacked by an individual overseas. He then referred me to a " Friend" who would sell me network security for $150-$200 . I then explained at this time I would not be purchasing this and he caused my screen to go black and typed" [redacted] " across my screen . He also installed a " Magic Number Key Logger " program on my computer from his " Remote Access" which I found after I had unplugged in attempts to get him out of my computer . Be warned, this company after researched has no available contact information and use a 3rd party company based in California to settle disputes or tech support . I had to cancel my debit card but am out the 6 unauthorized charges .Desired Settlement: I would like my money given back to me considering I never purchased anything and the item that I tried to purchase for $2 was declined

Until now thee status is at the Supplier's warehouse, they never gave me any shipment or tracking number. I have emailed this company three times and did not get any response and also I called their customer service line: [redacted] several times, day or night, the phone rings and then it goes busyDesired Settlement: If they can not deliver in four days, I want a full refund
