representatives we were unable to find written communication from *** *** asking to be removed, and his email address was still subscribed • At the bottom of every newsletter message there is a link to a page where a customer can limit communication from UBIO, or unsubscribe altogetherI have enclosed a snapshot of this • As of today, October 2016, *** *** (***) has been unsubscribed, or "opted out," of all communications from UBIOI have enclosed a snapshot of this.UBIO has never sent unsolicited newsletter blasts, and relies solely on willing subscriptions, of which a customer is free to exit at any timeWhile *** *** had not unsubscribed on his own, we went ahead and took care of that for him, so he will no longer receive any messages from UBIO.On behalf of UBIOI am very sorry for the delay, but please feel free to let me know if you need anything further and I will be happy to assist!Anthony T***Digital Manager

morning. Thank you for contacting this business on my behalf. I am VERY happy to report that I received my refund yesterday. In addition, the company offered me a 20% discount on a future order --- HA!!!!!! (Never!!!) I would like to provide you with additional information on my attempts to get this matter resolved. Immediately after receiving the order in early March, I attempted to contact the company to let them know that we had received men’s shoes instead of women’s shoes. I sent emails (some of which were returned to me undeliverable). I called the telephone number, however no one ever responded or picked up. On 3/11/17, I returned the shoes via *** and included a note for someone to contact me immediately. On 3/16/17, Ubiq received the shoes however no one contacted me. Since then, I placed multiple calls, sent numerous emails, etc Since I paid for the order through ***, I attempted to dispute the transaction through *** and submitted copies of the attached documents. While I’m uncertain about what the business told ***, *** said that there wasn’t anything that they could do to help. THEN…………I reached out to you. Within a day, this matter was fully resolved. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I really don’t want other consumers to have to deal with this company if their response to requests isn’t any better than this. (IT took all of minutes for them to get the money out of my account and 6+ weeks for me to get a refund.) Thanks for your help. It is TRULY appreciated

FRAUD BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE. THEY STARTED AN ONLINE RAFFLE CONTEST AND ON THE DAY THE WINNERS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ANNOUNCED THEY WERE SILENT! NO POSTINGS OR UPDATES. THEY MANAGED TO REPLY TO SOMEONE AND SAY ALL WINNERS WERE CALLED! HOWEVER NOT A SINGLE PERSON MENTIONED THEY WON ON ANY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE. THIS RAFFLE WAS DONE SIMPLE TO CREATE TRAFFIC AND HYSTERIA AND WAS DONE IN A VERY ILLEGITIMATE WAY. THEY GOT OUR EMAILS AND NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS BUT I GOT CONFIRMATION THAT THE WORKERS OF UBIQ NEVER CALLED ANYONE FROM THE RAFFLE BUT GAVE THE SNEAKERS TO THEIR FRIENDS
