no support company is a scam
The WORST customer service in the industry by far. Still waiting to resolve an issue from 3 months ago. No follow up and now not answering me at all. In order to control some of their products, you need their software and have to make edit to the paths in which they run. They take hours to answer, if at all, and when they do they don't answer the question you are asking. They also refuse to help beyond via email.
