I believe these issues have been resolved except the frig which seems to be sporadic in malfunctioning. We are not in agreement that this house is unsafe. Tenants have certain responsibilities to maintain their unit and if they are not followed, issues will... arise. A while back we offered this tenant the option to get out of the lease. At that time, they refused and said they wanted to stay. Recently the tenant gave notice (their lease ends August 31, 2017) and wanted to forego the proper notice; we declined. Even if we would have agreed to early termination to get out of their lease(as stated above), we would still have made the arrangements for proper amount of time to enable us to re-rent the unit. Hence, I believe the reason for the complaint is they are now upset and want to force our hand. I'm not sure what all you need from me, but if you need documentation of what has transpired between us I'd be happy provide that information. I would probably need some type of disclosure agreement from the [redacted] ' to do so. I am on vacation, this week but will be checking my emails, etc periodically. Thank you, Melodee
