Ubreak I Fix

Review: I came into the store about two months ago to get my Iphone 6 screen repaired. It was a disaster from the start. The first screen didn't calibrate correctly so I had to go back and get it replaced.

Fast forward to two nights ago. My phone was sitting on my desk at home. I put my hand on it and then turned it over and screen was cracked-hairline crack. There is absolutely no way a screen should crack that easily. It was in a case. I didn't put much pressure on my hand. I have had a smart phone since 2007 and have never had a screen crack so easily. I have done research on the parts they use which aren't OEM and there are quality control issues with these parts. A lot of people have their replacement screens break easily as they aren't up to Apple standards. I am not the only one. I paid the same price as the Apple store thinking I would get similar quality, but I guess I didn't.

I had my phone in a case. There was no way it should have broken with a little bit of hand pressure. It was obviously a defective product.Desired Settlement: I would like to have them replace the screen one last time as hopefully the third one won't be defective/inferior.

Review: I toke my phone here after getting it wet. I paid them 135$ to diagnosis and repair. They said that the problem was the screen. They repaired it. A few weeks later he screen went out again. I called, they said to drop it off and they'd fix it, and I did. And they did. About a month later, that screen went out. So I called and the tech told me that he had seen this happen with my model phone on 3 separate occassions, in 2 other stores, with the same make and model of my phone and that the screen as well as the motherboard and dock connector needed to be replaced so he would order the parts and call me to drop it off, free of [redacted] once the parts arrived. About a week later, I drove 60 miles for the 4th time, 1 way to drop the phone. Two days later, they left me a essay telling me it was repaired. I made another trip to get it for it to not be done. So a week from that day I drive up again to pick up the phone. When I get there, they claim that they can't fix the phone, that it won't come on, it won't charge, nothing! When the phone was on and I have proof from my wireless provider that I was using the phone within minutes of dropping it off for the repair.... so apparently the tech did something to it and without even as much as a call or an explanation they hand me a phone that doesn't work at all now and say that it was that way when they toke possession of it! Wow!Desired Settlement: I want the business to replace the phone they broke with the exact phone that I dropped off to them (make and model) and for someone to take responsibility for their mistake and apologize for trying to make me think I'm stupid!
