very seriously, and we are very concerned to hear of your thoughts regarding this experience.
After reading your formal complaint, our [redacted] did attempt to reach out to you, in order to resolve this situation and hopefully have you walk away as a happy customer. uBreakiFix would still be happy to resolve this situation in any manner you see fit, as we understand the circumstances surrounding this situation did not meet our very high company standards for satisfaction. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it allows our in-store and corporate teams to see what needs to be improved upon for future positive customer experiences. Our customers are what allow uBreakiFix to exist, and we appreciate each and every one.

Review: I have a Samsung S5. The screen was cracked (not the LCD). I went in for a simple screen repair, that's it. A day passed and I received a call saying that they accidentally broke my phones Homescreen/Fingerprint Scanner when they removed the screen. They said it would take 4 days to fix. almost a week from that point passes by and I finally receive my phone. The screen was repaired but the replacement homescreen was wiggly and jerky. It looked and felt as though it was about to fall out. I brought this up with the man at the front desk and he said that he, 'didn't notice anything.' Neither did any of his 'associates' at UbreakiFix. I had to pay $120 for that incompetence. Not only was that bad enough, but then I was curious as wether or not my S5 was still water resistant...it in fact was not. Note here that they didn't tell me it wasn't, I called later and asked. That's unacceptable. So for 120 dollars (they gave me a 25% discount out of the kindness of their hearts), I now have a flimsier phone then when I began.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund at the very least. The public should know about this story, and in fact part of me does want to sue. Simply because there is no disclaimer here what so ever.
