I had a scheduled appointment to drop of a tv under warranty. When I got to the store I was told system down can’t check in tv. So I called company warranty was from they got on the phone with store and told them take the tv it’s scheduled. Guy behind counter asked my name and proceeded to check my claim but system was down. Made no sense because system down for check ins but should already be in computer if scheduled. Then brought tv I. And employee was super pissed about doing his job. I get coming In off the street and can’t check in but already had it scheduled then to get pissed about having to take a scheduled repair is really strange
