Dawson Services was assigned by *** *** *** warranty to look at our central air conditioning that had stopped working late on a Thursday night, 6/2/
I contacted *** *** *** warranty via the web late that Thursday night to request service
Dawson Services called the next day, Friday, to schedule a tech for Monday, 6/6/
Dawson called on Monday saying what time to expect the tech*** also sent an e-mail with Rob's name and photo and when he would arrive)
Rob diagnosed the problem and determined it was a bad circuit boardHe drove to pick up the part that afternoon, returned, installed the circuit board, checked system, and had our A/C back up and running that afternoon
We have no complaints about the service and how we were treated
Would recommend this company
