I received a text message from ###-###-#### that read: "Hey [redacted], I hope you're having a great summer, if you have a minute, check out [redacted] -- the news app I've been working on. It gives you the news quickly, through a picture and a short summary." And included a link to the app.

I did not have this number saved in my phone so I asked, "who is this" to which the individual responded "[redacted]". I then responded saying, "We've never met. How did you get my number?" To which this person responded, "Sorry I was going through the yellow pages." I was extremely creeped as I have never met this person nor can you find my information in the yellow pages; white pages - yes, maybe, but not the yellow pages. So clearly who ever this person is, is lying.

I have been with UBS for 15 years with an IRA. My account manager retired about 5 years ago. Since then the annual fee has increased each year and is now $170 paid in December. I have not received any guidance or recommendations since my account manager left. I will be charged the full $170 plus $95 transfer fee to rollover to another brokerage in January.

Very unsatisfied with pricing and service.
