I was ordering a coat tree through *** which works with UBuyFurniture, inc I was in the middle of ordering and had to leave the computer when I got back it told me that I had timed out for security reasons so I started overI only got one confirmation but they sent coat treesI went to Sears to return it, but because it was not really from them so they helped guide me into returning itI sent it back and received a refund of 65% of the original price I paid and I had to pay the return shippingI don't think I should have been penalized when it was their system that kicked me outBeware of the return policy it is a rip-off and I think they purposely sent two items to get more money

The customer reported the item damaged, but refused to provide proof. Ultimately, the customer did provide pictures showing the item as damaged.  We asked the customer to donate the item to a local charity in the name of uBuyFurniture, and provide us with the donation slip.  The customer...
