Ms*** filed a complaint with the Revdex.com (Revdex.com)On November 2, 2015, UCare received a letter from your office dated October 27,
Ms***'s concern was about eligibility for Fairview Choices and the delay in paying claims on the policy
Thank you for bringing this concern to our attentionUCare has been able to resolve the issueOur records reflect that the family enrolled 1/1/2015, the spouse termed coverage end of April, and MNsure changed term date to the end of May, We generated an invoice for May premiums in July and then termed for non-payment as the subscriber did not pay May premiums for their spouseMNsure agreed to backdate the term date to 4/30/In July and again in August the
household (subscriber + dependents) were reinstated and the account was brought to current
The subscriber notified us of outstanding dental claims and we worked with the subscriber, provider and Delta to get the claims reprocessedIn late October, the subscriber mentioned that there was also a vision claim from August that was unpaid (UCare shows no receipt of this claim)We contacted the provider on 10/27/and 11/9/and requested that they submit the claim
On 10/25/15, the family had issues getting a prescription refill for the dependent and UCare determined that the pharmacy was attempting to submit with the wrong member numberWe contacted the pharmacy on 10/26/and provided the correct member ID and the claim was successfully processedUCare's Membership and Enrollment Director, Sue *** Member Services Supervisor, Linda *** and Team Lead, Soua *** have all worked directly with the subscriber to ensure all outstanding issues have been resolved
