Review: This is an online MMORPG gaming site. I have played on this site since its inception in 2009. The game consists of servers where by an individual selects a server to play (can play on multiple servers). Each server is independent from each other. The site is listed as a free gaming site however packages can be purchased which does give a player a significant advantage over non paying players. I currently play on 2 servers, 188 and 192. I have no issues or complaints regarding server 188. Server 192 on the other hand has significant lag. The server has been this way since it launched in March 2015. At times, even logging onto the game takes multiple attempts. Once in the game, simple actions like opening game mail takes 30 to 60 seconds just to display and actually playing the game is extremely difficult to nearly impossible due to the lag. This is a war game and timed attacks are crucial to having success and is impossible to accomplish as a result of the severe latency. When I logged a complaint in May of 2015 using the complaint site built into the game, the response was
"We are aware of the issues with latency on a few of our servers. We are working to address the problem as quickly as possible. Please watch the forums for any updates on this server. Thank you for the report, but placing additional tickets into the system will only work to delay getting this server back in top shape as quickly as possible."
There has been literally no change in this server's performance to date. There have been issues like this in the past and they have always resolved them in a timely manner until now.Desired Settlement: I have purchased a $30 package and cannot effectively use the package due to the latency, Let alone play the game overall.
1: fix the issue
2: provide compensation in lieu of a refund or additional game buffs or packages as they have done in the past when problems arise.
