[redacted], manager at UCS, spoke to the customer today upon receipt of this complaint.  Mr. [redacted] went to the apartment community where the customer lives, and looked at the rug, accompanied by the lead maintenance technician for the apartment community.  After looking at the rug, Mr....

[redacted] and the customer discussed that UCS will pick up the rug on Tuesday, Nov. 24, re-clean it at no charge, and return it on Wednesday, Nov. 25.
