Review: I had an ultrasound, received the bill which was double the national average. The amount of the bill for services rendered is excessive. I have called multiple times to talk to a manager and no one would return my calls. I have phone records to prove that I called. I sent a letter that was was postmarked December 26th that I have copy of and again, no one called me. I finally got a call late on Friday, January 23rd. I returned the call today, January 26th and they informed me that the bill has gone to collections. This is very poor customer service not to mention the fact that my credit is being affected.Desired Settlement: My account needs to be taken out of collections and a manager needs to call me regarding the excessive charges.
