This firm is the WORST. I hired an attorney at Udall Law, who totally misrepresented his experience... it was an elder law case and contract dispute... he was incompetent as well. this attorney dramatically over billed for their work, disobeyed direct instructions. the Atty completely failed at the Arbitration hearing... a hearing that should have been contested before it ever occurred... the atty QUIT without notice... a direct violation of the retainer agreement... I then halted payments, of course... he later left the firm. The head clerk [redacted], a very inept and malignant person, as well as a bold-faced liar... then got one of the other attys (who I never dealt with) to file a lawsuit AGAINST ME!!! AVOID these people at all costs... you will end up with far more trouble than you started with!!
