UFC Gym Corona

They keep trying to charge my card despite me telling them repeatedly on email that I don’t want to continue on the gym month to month contractThe manager is horrible! It’s disgusting how they continue to ignore my emails and charge my card I don’t know what to do

I contacted the gym directly spoke with the Manager *** *** Landagan and Karina Carter and the Corporate office in Newport Beach They have not canceled my membership after I requested them to cancel it since July of I have given them written and verbal notice and still being charged the kids membership

Good gym in terms of equipment & nutritionThe coaches are good to okSome coaches can be arrogant but I think that can be expected from most gymsWhat wasnt expected was racial comments coach told my son about being Mexican and eating tapatio all the time and my kid dont even like tapatioAs far as management, this gym is by far the worst facility I have ever been tooI have been threatened and harassed by the club manager AndyAndy is very arrogant & confrontational and possibly racist and just when I thought he was the worst the gym had to offer, I met His manager Mary Ann and she was way worseLet it be known that if you join this gym you as the customer will always be wrong I was literally hushed when I complained about Andy threatening me and told hes of the best coaches in the nation

I paid almost $for my Ultimate membershipI trained for months in the loud facility playing racketI was friendly to everyone and kept my coolThe Jiu Jitsu team made me feel awkward as though they were better than meI trained my best then was often attacked by Jiu Jitsu white belts whom hadn't followed the rules to be "gentle." One sparring coach was crazy, he tried to provoke a fight in the men's locker room, his ego didn't match mineI train for my job to save lives, he trained to win fightsI complained to a managerOne of the smoothy servers threw a drink on the table that splashed all over, no respect, I am a polite personAnother female smoothy server was quid pro quo, I ignored her immature flirtatious behavior because I am olderThe hostess gives customers attitude that is really rudeThe same "friendly" smoothy insulted when I ordered a water she emphasized the word "small" to make fun of meOne of the black coaches tried attacking me purposely in Jiu Jitsu classAnother employee/fighter rudely shooshed me away when I was having a friendly conversationNot a good place to trainThe gym advertises "TRAINING," when I asked a friend of mine for training she just ignored me rudely, the guy that I complained to a manager verbally harassed me making allegations that insulted meThe guy chased me outside threatening to "beat my a%$." I dialed 9-1-then they made allegations to have my membership cancelled from the gymI am a working professional, this business has younger immature employees that try to ruin my reputationI know a lot of people who do not like it thereI say its a waste of money and the new younger employees lack integrity and professionalism

Management at this location in particular DJ and Corina are horrible to their membersI' attempted to downgrade my membership with in the allotted time and they ignored me to the point where I was well passed my allotted time and could not get my upgrade fees back and DJ behaved and spoke to as if he was doing me the favor of assisting meINSANE
