I find it very interesting that Mal does not remember speaking to *** about his accountEvery week/month that I came in to discuss the charges on my credit card about ***'s account, Mal would tell me that he can't understand why we were still being charged as he had closed out his accountPerhaps if you look at the video camera you have in back of the counter, you will be able to see all of the conversations I, as well as my husband, have had with Mal
How are you aware of how long the sign was put on our lawn, as you previously told me you were unaware of any sign on my lawn?
I have attached the charges to my credit card from May, up until November, 2015, since originally you said you did not want to see them
You never offered me any options to resolve this monetary issue other than you are not refunding me any moneyYou never offered a few free months of a gym membershipI did not walk out when you asked about cancelling the membership- I said I wanted to freeze it until this was all worked outYou then cancelled it
If there was a form that *** needed to sign, then Mal was the one who failed to mention that at any time during the time *** told him to freeze, and then cancel, his policyAs well as Mal should have brought that to my attention on the many different occasions I came in to question the charges on my credit cardObviously, if this is indeed your policy, then your staff, or Mal, needs to be better informed as to your procedures, so when a customer comes in to cancel their account, those procedures actually take place
