Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Cancellation was placed at Alliance TX location, but seems that wasn't processes as the owner of that location closed business couple days after, I never gave authorization of transfer my membership by signing the agreement at Alliance, Alliance agreement of service was specific for alliance location, I never agree to transfer my service to another location, not one even asked meThis new location cannot just move people without authorization from member even though the owner at Alliance TX location went out of businessAs I found out my credit card was changed from an unauthorized location I report my bank transaction as unauthorizedI called NRH location and they told me I need to stop by their location because my account was still active and I need to sing a new cancellation request, there is not document showing acceptation as they don't give any, they just keep document signedThis is a mal practice of business to move member from one location to another without authorization from member, and it is not responsibility of paying a service you don't received as Alliance TX location were I agree to enroll and pay for service given at this only location that closed and went out of business If NRH location provides a copy of agreement signed by me authorizing such transfer I will legally request a copy of it Regards, [redacted] ***

We have a day cancellation policy You can either come to the gym and fill out the form or send a certified letter to the address You signed the agreement stating these policies

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: as described in agreement the last month of service was paid and the start of enrollment, my notice to cancel membership was given on November 27 at Alliance, TX location, this location was permanently cose and I didn't got the right to chose if I want to be transfer to NRH location or not. If Alliance, TX gym didn't process my request I shouldn't have liability for what hasn't be done correctly. I would like to work this out and get it correct it as is needs to be, I don't see the reason to file a small claim in Tarrant Court and get this fix. as once again the location were I enrolled closed and they just transferred my membership tp another without my approval, I shouldn't pay a membership that was requested to be cancelled and not processed due to location permanently close. Good Morning,I am *** with UFC GYM NRH. We have a very simple cancellation policy of filling out a form that states name, address, and reason plus a signature. The transfer happened well within a mile radius. I believe miles is the distance. Her complaint seems to be
with *** *** We have nothing to do with this individual, yet we get to deal with this issue as if it was our own. We have been able to help hundreds of members through this transfer. Most understand the simple process it takes to handle this issue and very few do not. We have done everything we need to do to fulfill all legal procedures and processes for this situation and continue to exceed expectations of our members. We are always available to listen and assist anybody who feels any wrong doing has occurred. ***-***-*** ________________________________________

In the state of Texas you days from signing any agreement to get a full refund after the days then company policy kicks in. Our nation wide policy is a day notice of cancellation that was signed off on upon enrollment. Come in and fill out the document or send a certified letter
to our address and we will begin your day notice of cancellation

I am rejecting this response because:I received an email concerning the closing of the establishment I signed the contractI replied with an email stating I would like to cancelThe reply three days later was to standby as they do not have all the information forwarded to their gymThey had enough to charge my CCI received no other email backNONEThis was their way of scamming people into charging them waiting for a replyAgain, based on Google maps, from location to location the distance at the closest to travel is over milesThey need to be accurate and not just say they are within milesI've attached Googlemaps screen shotIf they rely on cancellation through email and find that sufficient, there is no need and not needed to cancel my membershipLet me reiterate, I NEVER received a call back nor an email back to my account and cancellationNothing.

Everything was was done correctly up until *** waited for the membership to cancel then go to his bank and dispute payment. This opened his account back up and these are the calls in reference which are collectors. We are a brick and mortar business with hundreds of accounts that we
deal with on a daily basis. When you cancel an agreement there is always a confirmation. This is paperwork that protects both business and consumer. When proof is not provided that something happened we cannot act on it. So, when *** came to cancel at the NRH location the process began. *** gave authorization of transfer by signing the agreement at Alliance. We have done everything by the book and expect others to do so as well

Our cancellation policy is very simple.  You come by and fill out the form or send certified letter to the gym.  We are well within the 10 mile radius of the last gym and there is a 30 day cancellation policy.  We are willing to speak with anybody that feels there has been any wrong...

We have a 30 day cancellation policy.  You can either come to the gym and fill out the form or send a certified letter to the address.  You signed the agreement stating these policies.
