I am rejecting this response because: A signed document stating that my membership was canceled was to be provided. The person at the UFC Facility claimed to have "printer problems" and could not provide a printed copy at that time but he told the Police he would e-mail me a copy for my records. As of today, 11/19/2015 I have no such promised document.As far as the other statements from the response you received, they are false and fabricated. I did not ask for any personal numbers or addresses. I found it odd that the club replaced it's whole management staff during the short time I had dealing with them. I asked for a contact number and a name of the new person in charge. And because the business cards on the front desk had no names on them the situation seemed a little off for a facility looking to sign members to contracts. I filed the complaint because of the failure of UFC Totowa to follow through with their promised actions. When I did not receive the e-mail that confirmed the cancellation of my membership, I field this complaint. To put an end to this situation I would like the promised documentation that my membership was canceled for my records.

Attached is the contract concerning the member who filed the complaint. Also, we would like to add, that after the police were asked to come, an agreement was reached for member to have everything cancelled outright which is against our policy of a member that is under contract but assistant general...

manager was given by the owner of the club to do so. Also, member was notified of business cards having a name crossed out because of the new management business cards did not come in, as well as the owner of the club's personal information was not given to member because member asked for personal cell phone and address of the owner.
