On 7/I purchased a 'Chrysler A few hours later I drove on the north side with my family and my battery light comes on and my car stopsI had to pay my mechanic to come where we were to see if he could fix itHe informed me that the alternator and battery was had went outOn Sunday the company is closed so I called first thing Monday morning to Chad at Drive time, Bridgecrest as well as Aeverex the warranty company who said they'll send a tow truck to get my car to take to *** ***It's now Wednesday and after not hearing from ANYONE I contacted *** *** and the guy says he has no clue why that car was towed thereIt's just been sitting there since MondayNo one called him to inform him of anythingI call the warranty company who told me it was my responsibility to contact them and get my car fixedI'm not sure what type of business this company is running but it's very disappointing that they don't value customer service or try to make sure their customers are serviced properly and satisfiedSo I'll be going back to drive time for my refund and they can keep the carI hope it works out better for the next owner
