I apologize for the delay in responding to this concern formallyFor some reason the dealership was not made aware of the Revdex.com complaint until receiving a telephone call from the BureauWhen I was made aware of the concern
I immediately had a conversation with the dealership to find out what was happeningI found that Ms*** had been contacted by the dealership management team on February 3, The vehicle was brought into the dealership on February in order to address all of her concernsIt appears that the vehicle was repaired to the customer's satisfaction and returned to the customerShe was provided alternate transportation while her vehicle was in for repairThere have been several attempts to contact Ms*** in the past several days to verify that her concerns have been rectifiedAt this point we have not been able to make contact with her, nor has she responded to our phone calls

I'm accepting their response only because the car was actually fixedThe day I filed this complaint- my car was miraculously "done"I got my car back and it wasn't fixed at allI got the car back with even MORE problems than it had before my accidentThe steering was so off that I had hold onto the steering wheel with both hands at all timesI was told by another person in the shop that my back right tire was actually tilted and I should NOT have been driving on it because it was unsafeMy driver seat no longer moved eitherIt's a power seat so this has to work or I will never be able to move my chair againI took the car back to the dealer and the general manager let me know that my car would be fixedI got the car back after using their rental car for a week and it was finally steering correctlyIt only took almost months for them to do their jobA couple of days after I got it back- my seat stopped working once againUftring got in touch with me to check and see how the car was doingI let the body shop manager know that my seat ,once again, isn't workingI had to take the car in yesterday to get it fixed againIt's only been a day but the seat is still working right nowI filed the complaint because I was never told when the car would be done and I had to call every day to remind them to fix my carI did not respond to this message for the Revdex.com until now becausethey were STILL fixing my carI accept because the car seems to be working....finally
