This was sent to UGG customer service by email on 12/28/16: "Hi: This order was placed on 12/21 to take advantage of free express shipping offer (next day). I received an email on 12/22 saying the order shipped. It just arrived today 12/28. I had intended to give it as a Christmas gift on 12/25 and paid an extra $10 to have it wrapped by you. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! AND A MISLEADING PROMOTION!! I called on 12/24 to ask about it, and the person knew nothing!! Waste of my time. I've long been a customer of UGG, but it's beginning to feel more like UGH! Giving UGG a chance to respond..." Then this on 1/10/17 "Hi: I sent this on December 28th and have not received a reply. Strange." Today I get this response from UGG, "Dear Valued Customer, We appreciate your interest in our products and taking the time to send an email. During the Holiday Season we experienced tremendous email volume. We anticipate by now that the original issue you contacted us about has been resolved, if not please call our customer support directly at (888)-432-8530. We have representatives available to happily assist. We appreciate your understanding.

They call me a "Valued Customer" and treat me otherwise. I suspect this is a pattern of behavior.
