UGG

They couldn't careless. I purchased expensive boots in london. I live in portsmouth. Most retailers allow for exhange or returns in any of their stores. Not UGG. After tryiing the boots on at home it was clear id have a fitting issue on my other foot. No problem I thought I can go to the nearest Ugg store to me. Wrong. I was basically told sorry, you need to go to London. Had I have been told this was the policy when buying from ugg in london I would never have bought them. I simply wanted to exchange them. I contacted customer services, very matter of fact. Offered me a repost labell. Thats it. No mention how I'd get my money. I paid by cash btw. Also I cant print a label I do not have a printer. Why all the hassles when their is an ugg outlet 20 mins from me? I am left with trying to find a way to travel back to london within 30 days. Unnecessary and totaly totally unacceptable service.😡
